Eco-Therapy
Step outside the traditional therapy room and into nature’s embrace. Eco-therapy sessions blend supportive talk therapy with gentle mindfulness practices in an outdoor setting. Together, walk at a comfortable pace, pause to breathe, reflect, and tune into the natural environment around.
Nature has a unique way of regulating the nervous system and creating space for clarity and insight. In this setting, conversations often feel more relaxed and organic, allowing thoughts and emotions to unfold naturally.
Grounded in a holistic and client-centered approach, these sessions support emotional well-being, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation. By moving, breathing, and reflecting in nature, many clients experience a greater sense of calm, resilience, and connection - both within themselves and with the world around them. 🌿
Individual sessions can support:
Reconnect with clarity and insight in the presence of Mother Nature
Cultivate self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-trust
Manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout
Support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience
Navigate and process life experiences with care and safety
Create sustainable, meaningful change while exploring what is truly important to you
