Join us for Nervous System in Daily Living to learn more about the nervous system, activations and triggers, and the window of tolerance, as well as experience guided Mindful Moments of simple and effective evidence-based tools to strengthen and your capacity to self-regulate and empower you in daily living.

This 45-Min online session is offered by a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with over 25 years lived experience and training in mindfulness and body-based practices.

This session is for anyone wanting to understand themselves - their system, their reactions and triggers, as well as gain access to valuable tools for practicing self-regulation in daily living.

This is not about bypassing activations and triggers, but rather designed to support you in creating awareness and overtime, new patterns and neural pathways to stay present and grounded when activation/ stress/ triggers happen in daily living so you can respond skillfully - experiencing an embodied sense of agency and confidence moving forward in life.
