This 45-Min online session is offered by a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with over 25 years lived experience and training in mindfulness and body-based practices.
This is a high-level intro session for anyone wanting to understand themselves, their system, their reactions and gain experience and tools for self-regulation in daily living.
