Holistic wellness is an integrative approach to health that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. It emphasizes the connection between emotional, physical, mental, relational, and spiritual well-being, focusing on self-awareness, healing, and growth. O​ur w​ellness offerings include both in person and online private and group sessions that promote mind-body connection. Offerings include professional counselling​, holistic coaching and mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation, (online) and Full Moon (in person in Vancouver) ​circles. We also offer Retreats so you can get away from the daily grind and connect with Self, and others in natural environments and settings.

Counselling focuses on healing and understanding emotional challenges, often exploring past experiences to foster growth and well-being. Coaching is goal-oriented, emphasizing actionable strategies to achieve personal or professional aspirations. While counselling delves into the "why," coaching focuses on the "how," and both can support you in meaningful ways depending on your needs.

Our services are ideal for individuals seeking personal growth, emotional regulation, relational satisfaction, and holistic well-being. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress, deepening intimacy, or healing from trauma, we provide compassionate support tailored to your unique needs.

Mindfulness-based somatic practices are a gentle way to connect the mind and body, and can help with healing, resilience, and a sense of safety. Some examples include: 

  • Body scanning

    A mindfulness technique that involves focusing on different parts of the body to observe sensations 

  • Somatic experiencing

    A therapy technique that helps release trauma and pent-up energy 

  • Progressive muscle relaxation

    A mindfulness-based activity that helps cultivate a greater connection with the body 

  • Yoga

    A practice that can be combined with meditation, breathwork, and partner Thai-massage to build empathy and collective bonding 

  • Sensory awareness

    Sensory activities like painting, clay-making, and playing in the sand can help gain more awareness of the physical effects of emotion 

  • Somatic breathwork

    A technique that helps release stored tension and emotions through breath work, gentle movements, and mindfulness 

Other somatic practices include: Sensorimotor psychotherapy and Dance/movement therapy.

I have 25 years experience in the wellness industry. For over a decade, I've worked as a holistic & mindfulness coach both privately and corporately. I recently graduated from Rhodes Wellness College with a professional counselling diploma and I am now working under supervision as a pre-licensed therapeutic counsellor (RTC #3923) ​through ACCT​. I am offering counselling services privately, ​to couples & ​in groups.

We offer both online and in person sessions in Vancouver,BC.
