Coaching is a collaborative partnership rooted in curiosity, deep listening, and creating space for your unique journey.

Our philosophy is simple: we believe you already hold the answers within you. Our role is to help you uncover them through meaningful dialogue, active listening, and compassionate regard for your present experience. With support and accountability, we walk alongside you as you navigate your path forward.

The process is co-creative - there’s no pressure to figure it all out at once, or alone. Through our gentle probing and sustained presence, paired with your innate wisdom and insight, we’ll explore and navigate together.

Your first session will clarify the area of focus and desired goal or outcome. Creating a step-by-step plan to support and direct meaningful progress follows.

You’ll experience a space where you do most of the talking while we ask thoughtful, reflective questions that invite curiosity and self-discovery.

For optimal results, we recommend committing to a 12-week journey.

1:1 Somatic Breath Work

Somatic breath work offers a safe, body-led way to release stored stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions. Through intentional breathing, the nervous system is gently guided toward integration and regulation.

Following the breath work practice, we’ll take time to integrate the experience through compassionate, person-centred guided reflection. This supports self-awareness, insight, and nervous system resetting.

The work integrates somatic breathwork and traditional talk therapy, using both bottom-up and top-down interventions informed by polyvagal theory.
