Drawing from evidence-based approaches and holistic principles, our sessions are designed to support open communication, emotional attunment, and shared understanding. Whether you're in crisis, feeling stuck, or simply seeking more intimacy and clarity, we’re here to walk alongside your relationship journey - supporting both you as individuals and your partnership as a whole.
We work with a diverse range of couples, including those navigating long-term partnerships, new relationships, parenting transitions, life after infidelity, and communication breakdowns. We welcome all identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ couples, intercultural partnerships, and blended families.
Personal Sessions as a Foundation
Before beginning couples counselling, each partner is encouraged to participate in 2–4 individual sessions. These one-on-one sessions offer a private space to share your personal story, background, and lived experience. They help build trust and connection with your counsellor, ensuring your voice is heard and respected. This foundation allows us to better understand your unique needs and perspectives, setting the stage for more meaningful and effective work as a couple.

Our philosophy is simple: we believe you already hold the answers within you. Our role is to help you uncover them through meaningful dialogue, active listening, and compassionate regard for your present experience. With support and accountability, we walk alongside you as you navigate your path forward.
The process is co-creative - there’s no pressure to figure it all out alone. Through our gentle inquiries and sustained presence, paired with your innate wisdom and insight, we’ll explore possibilities together.
In your first session, we’ll clarify your area of focus, discuss your goals, and begin to curate a plan to support meaningful progress. You’ll experience our approach firsthand: a space where you do most of the talking while we ask thoughtful, reflective questions that invite curiosity and self-discovery.

Join us for a guided breathwork session designed to support the release of stored stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions held in the body (soma). Through intentional breathing, we create space for deep release, embodied healing and nervous system regulation.
Following the breath work practice, we’ll integrate the experience together through compassionate, person-centred guided reflection. This integration process supports deeper self-awareness, co-regulation, and a felt sense of connection - helping you return to a state of clarity, ease, and inner alignment. It’s a powerful reset for the mind, body, and spirit.
This somatic offering is paired with traditional talk therapy and is available to clients who have been engaged in ongoing work with us for a minimum of four sessions.
