Join us for a guided breathwork session designed to support the release of stored stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions held in the body (soma). Through intentional breathing, we create space for deep release, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing.
Following the breath work practice, we’ll integrate the experience together through compassionate, person-centred reflection. This integration process supports deeper self-awareness, co-regulation, and a felt sense of connection - helping you return to a state of clarity, ease, and inner alignment. It’s a powerful reset for the mind, body, and spirit.
This somatic offering is paired with traditional talk therapy and is available to clients who have been engaged in ongoing work with us for a minimum of four sessions.
