Planting New Seeds – Habits Aligned with Your Values

Once we’ve cleared space, we get to choose what we want to welcome in. Autumn can be a powerful time to plant new seeds and establish new daily habits - ones that truly reflect our values and goals.
Instead of forcing yourself to do things that do not align for you, ask yourself: What matters most to me right now? When habits are meaningful and aligned with my goals and desired outcomes?
If you value connection, schedule weekly phone calls with loved ones.
If you value wellbeing, create a consistent bedtime routine to support rest.
If you value growth, commit to 10 minutes of reading, journaling, or mindfulness each day.
Small, intentional habits build momentum over time. Think of them as seeds - plant them with care, nurture them with consistency, and watch them grow into the life you want to live.
