At Relation Matters in Vancouver, our mission is to create a warm and compassionate space where healing and growth extend beyond traditional therapy models. We specialize in trauma-informed counselling, holistic coaching, and nervous system regulation - supporting women to reconnect with themselves in ways that feel safe, authentic and sustainable.

We're committed to holding space for your whole self - helping you feel seen, heard, and supported on your healing journey. Whether you’re seeking 1:1 counselling to process life experiences, coaching to gain clarity and direction, or a supportive integrative approach to increase self awareness, emotional regulation, and the integration of lived experiences, our sessions are designed to feel like a grounded return to self-understanding rather than something else to push through or another thing "to do".

Our approach is collaborative and integrative - combining therapeutic insights with somatic awareness and holistic practices. Each session is tailored to your unique needs - from exploring relational and cognitive patterns to processing lived experiences and emotions to building practical tools for sustainable change - all with empathy, attunement and a professional continuity of compassionate care.
