What to Expect in a 1:1 Coaching Session
Each session is a focused, collaborative space centered on what’s most present in your life. We begin by exploring what you’re navigating - whether that’s stress, overwhelm, relationship challenges, or patterns you’re ready to shift.
Together, we move into practical support. This may include nervous system regulation practices, breath work, mindfulness, psychoeducation, or body-based exercises to help you feel more aware, present and connected.
You’ll also gain clear, accessible insight into how your mind and body are responding, so your experiences begin to make sense in a practical and grounded way.
Each session ends with an integration. You’ll leave with simple tools or practices you can bring into daily life, so change continues beyond the session.

For meaningful and lasting change, an 8–12 week coaching commitment is recommended.
