Our Approach:

A compassionate, collaborative approach grounded in the mind–body connection, weaving evidence-based therapeutic modalities with holistic and embodied practices to support the whole person.

Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate elements of:

  • Somatic Therapy - working with the body and nervous system to support regulation, safety, and emotional processing

  • Mindfulness-Based Practices - supporting present-moment awareness and nervous system regulation

  • Strengths-Based Counselling – building on existing resilience, resources, and inner capacity

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy – creating a sense of safety while gently working with past or ongoing trauma

  • Cognitive and Emotion-Focused Approaches – increasing awareness of thought patterns, emotional responses, and meaning-making

  • Attachment-Based Therapy – exploring early relational patterns and how they influence current relationships

Each session is collaborative, meeting you where you are.

Relation Matters

Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to explore what’s happening in your inner world as you move through your daily living. Through 1:1 sessions, clients are supported in cultivating a deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions, patterns and behaviors - with compassionate and trauma-informed care.
