Autumn is nature’s reminder that letting go is part of the cycle of life. Just as trees shed their leaves, we can release what no longer serves us - physically, emotionally, and even relationally.

Here are three ways to practice seasonal letting go:

  1. Declutter your space – Clear a drawer, shelf, or closet. Let go of what you don’t use to make space for what you love.

  2. Take an emotional inventory – Ask yourself: What am I still carrying that feels heavy? Journaling or talking with someone you trust can help you release old burdens.

  3. Review your connections – Notice which relationships feel supportive and which ones leave you drained. Even small shifts, like setting boundaries can create room for healthier energy.

Letting go isn’t about loss - it’s about creating the spaciousness for something new to grow. This season, try shedding what you don’t need so you can move forward lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
