Over 7 sessions, we’ll explore the art of Embodied Presence - cultivating calm, softening the edges, and finding your sacred centre. Through gentle, intentional movement, breath work, reflection, and self-care, we’ll weave a tapestry of deep rest and renewal (yin energy) to balance the intensity of the summer (yang) energy that is approaching.
