What To Expect in Your Session:

Somatic breath work offers a safe, body-led way to release stored stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions. Through intentional breathing, the nervous system is gently guided toward integration and regulation.

Following the guided breath work practice, we’ll take time to integrate the experience through compassionate, person-centered reflection. This supports self-awareness, insight, and nervous system resetting.

Through a holistic-lens, this work integrates somatic breath work and traditional talk therapy, using both bottom-up and top-down interventions to optimize wellbeing.

Our Approach:

Our work integrates mindfulness, breath work, somatic awareness, and reflective talk therapy to support the mind–body connection and whole-person wellbeing.

Sessions typically follow a gentle three-part flow:

Mindfulness + Somatic Awareness
• Grounding practices to settle the nervous system
• Breath work and body awareness to access internal experience
• Supporting regulation, presence, and emotional safety

Somatic Exploration (Bottom-Up Work)
• Noticing sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses
• Allowing the body to process stored stress and tension
• Building capacity for regulation and resilience

Integration Through Talk Therapy (Top-Down Reflection)
• Guided reflection and compassionate dialogue
• Making meaning of insights that arise in the body-based practice
• Connecting experiences to patterns, relationships, and life direction

This bottom-up and top-down approach supports deeper awareness, integration, and lasting change - helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom while developing the clarity and understanding needed to move forward with intention.
