A Women’s Fall Equinox Gathering 🍁

Join us Sunday, September 20th for a urban day retreat focusing on Gratitude and the "Harvest of the Heart"

Our day will start with a mindful walk together through the forest (Pacific Spirit), bathing in the green energy of the trees, breathing in the turning seasons, and gathering in sacred circle to honor balance, release, and renewal. During our time in the forest, there will be guided practices to invoke presence, self reflection and connection.

We’ll transition to my cozy home in Kits for a heart sharing circle and a nourishing potluck where we will share food, warmth, and healing energy of community.

WHAT TO BRING:

🍁 Open heart

🍁 Journal/ pen

🍁 Dress with layers, the forest can be cooler

🍁 Something nourishing for the table (potluck style later in the house)

If it's raining, we will spend less time together in the forest, and more time together at home by the fire.
