As a counsellor, I often witness how deeply personal struggles can feel isolating - like no one else could truly understand the pain, fear, or uncertainty we carry. But healing doesn’t happen in isolation. In fact, some of the most profound transformations occur in the presence of others who see us, hear us, and remind us that we are not alone.
Group counselling offers a unique and powerful space for this kind of healing. It provides not only support but also the opportunity for corrective experiences - moments that challenge old wounds, reshape beliefs, and allow us to experience connection in a new, healthier way.
